At Project Mayari, every purchase supports a greater purpose. Because 100% of net profits are donated to nonprofit partners, we aim to be transparent and fair while protecting the impact of every order.
General Returns

Items may be returned for store credit only.

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Store credit will be issued as an electronic gift card for future purchases.

Store credit covers the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store credit does not expire and may be used with valid discount codes.
Exchanges

Sale items are eligible for size exchanges only (subject to availability).

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Project Mayari issues store credit only, except in the following cases:

Out-of-stock items will be automatically refunded to the original payment method (including applicable taxes).

Defective, damaged, or mispacked items will be replaced.

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued as a store credit via Electronic Gift Cards.

Electronic Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

Items purchased more than 15 days prior

Items no longer available for sale

Items purchased using store credit from a previous exchange

Items purchased at pop-up events, fundraisers, or special events

Swimwear or intimate apparel

Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases (size exchange only unless defective)

Sale pricing and discount codes are valid only during the specified promotional period. Price adjustments will not be made before or after a sale window.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@projectmayari.com.

U.S. customers will receive a prepaid return label.

Once the item is received, a replacement will be shipped promptly.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
