Address Accuracy
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Project Mayari is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order to avoid delays.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address:

Customers must respond within 72 hours to confirm the correct address.

Failure to respond within 72 hours will result in order cancellation and issuance of store credit only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
Reshipping Fees
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred due to:

Address or Size Corrections
Minor address corrections or size changes may be made within 24 hours of placing your order, free of charge. Please contact customer service via email at support@projectmayari.com within this timeframe. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, as production may have already begun.
Pre-Order Items
From time to time, Project Mayari offers pre-order collections to help maximize impact and reduce overproduction.

Estimated shipping dates are provided at checkout and may vary slightly due to production volume.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
